Susannah Theresa Macfoy is a Solicitor and has wide experience in the legal profession having been qualified for over 20 years.  She was previously employed at Messrs Kibedi & Company Solicitors for many years where she trained and subsequently qualified as a Solicitor.

In November 2006 she set up the partnership of Francis Macfoy Solicitors.  Prior to setting up Francis Macfoy Solicitors, Susannah was a Franchise Supervisor for Immigration & Asylum at Messrs Kibedi & Company Solicitors when the firm held Legal Aid Franchise.  Whilst at Messrs Kibedi & Company she also dealt with family matters including divorce proceedings, private children matter, financial dispute, welfare benefits and criminal matters.

As a Senior Partner, at Francis Macfoy Solicitors Susannah was a Senior Case Worker and an Accredited Member of the Law Society Immigration Accreditation Scheme since 2005.  Susannah’s intention is to apply for re-accreditation with the Law Society once again.  One of Susannah’s achievements in Immigration and Asylum matter was the reported Court of Appeal case of “GO and Others v SSHD “on 1st July 2008 where it was decided that “overseas students could change their courses”.   Susannah acted for the 4th Appellant, HZ.  Susannah has over 20yrs practical experience in dealing with Immigration clients.  Apart from dealing with Immigration cases at her firm of Francis Macfoy Solicitors, Susannah also dealt with Family cases, Domestic Violence, Financial Dispute, Personal Injury claims, Wills and Probate matters and Residential.

 

Susannah is always eager to provide quality service to her clients.  She has a very good client/solicitor relationship and does her very best to identify their needs and achieve the best results for them in all aspect of her practice areas.
